Executive Summary

We are independent consultants with special expertise in Government Contracting. We have been involved with hundreds of Federal, State and Municipal contracts and have the experience, knowledge and ability to identify a winning contract, prepare the Technical Proposals, create and develop the all important Oral Presentation material and negotiate a final agreement.

We register our clients with all the required agencies including:
  • The Central Contractors Registration (CCR)
  • The Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
  • The Department of Defense (DOD)
  • General Services Administration (GSA)
  • All State Governments that require registration. 
  • In addition we will prepare and present a Statement of Qualifications to  all branches of the Military.


Bernard Werber, Contract Administrator

Bernie is active in the Service Industry and was for the past thirty-four years.  He was an owner/operator of a successful Guard Service & Building Maintenance company in the Northeast, and then (after taking his company Public) as a private consultant.  Bernie's experience as a major player in the Government Marketplace provides him with the expertise and knowledge necessary to work with other companies that want to be involved in Federal Contracting.

Bernie works “hands on” with new clients to successfully pre-qualify them as a GSA Schedule Holder and develop a marketing plan for the acquisition of new contracts.

Bonnie Goldstein, Research & Development

Bonnie brings her twenty-eight years of experience in Marketing and Research to our clients.  She provides the basic research necessary for the Technical Proposal and Documentation required for both the GSA Schedule submission and responses to RFP’s.

After award, she creates the PowerPoint Training Program for the Sales Seminar that is presented at the clients’ offices for all of their executives, sales personnel and branch managers.

Robert Mathes, Financial Management

Rob provides expertise in financial management, budgeting, and venture finance and will work with the client’s CFO and Accountants to prepare the spreadsheets and documents to be included in the Technical Proposal for the GSA Schedule.  He also will consult in the process of estimating and pricing of Cost Proposals for new contract opportunities.

He has over twenty years of experience in Banking and Real Estate Finance most recently as a Senior Vice President at a large International Financial Institution.
